Every team member has limitations

Managing people is not asking everyone to perform the same way. It is knowing where each person is reliable.

Every team member has limitations…So does every leader... So do I…The problem is not the limitation itself. The problem is pretending it does not exist, then building objectives on a capacity that was never really there…

Some people need a written blueprint before they can understand a project. Some struggle to connect an operational detail to the bigger picture. Some are excellent in execution but fragile in customer-facing tension. Others see the system quickly but need a clear frame to stay useful.

Leadership is not about lowering the standard. It is about placing responsibility where it can actually be carried…When a manager ignores individual limits, the organization pays twice: once through missed objectives, and once through the frustration of asking the wrong person to hold the wrong role.

A team becomes stronger when differences are not romanticized but understood with precision.

Human resources is not just about people. It is about fit, structure, and decision quality.
